Minnesota Housing is proud of its record of addressing Minnesota's basic housing needs and helping build stronger communities.
Minnesota Housing has invested more than $8.7 billion and assisted more than 750,000 households since its establishment in 1971. The Agency is a leader in an alliance of government, private sector, non-profit and faith-based community interests working to affordably house Minnesotans.
As the state's affordable housing financial institution, Minnesota Housing is a state agency that will invest more than $658 million in 2012 to address a continuum of affordable housing needs.
