Quick Start Disaster Recovery Program

The Quick Start Disaster Recovery Program provides assistance to homeowners of properties damaged by natural disaster for state declared counties. Quick Start funds are to be used when insurance and federal assistance resources are not adequate to return a home to its pre-disaster condition. 

At this time, 2011 Quick Start funds are available for homes damaged by the May 2011 tornado in the City of Minneapolis in the following zip codes:  55411, 55412, 55430.

Applications for the Quick Start Disaster Recovery Program-2011 Minneapolis Tornado will be accepted starting Friday, July 29 through November 6, 2011.  Applicants may download an application for Quick Start funds and return to one of the following administrators:
