Home Buyers
With Minnesota Housing, you can own a home.  Minnesota Housing makes home mortgages with fixed, low-interest rates available to first time homebuyers through our local lending partners. 

Home Owners
If you already own your home, Minnesota Housing offers home improvement loans at affordable rates.  We also have programs available if you are facing foreclosure. 

Renters
Minnesota Housing has compiled list of resources for renters, including housing for families, seniors, persons with disabilities and more.  We also can offer resources for finding shelter and emergency housing.
