Minnesota Housing recognizes top producers based on the following criteria:
- The top seven lenders from the 11-County Twin City Metro Area, and the top three lenders from Greater Minnesota.
- Production, by lender contract, includes emerging market loans sold to Minnesota Housing during a six-month production period, currently April 2008 through September 2008.
- Lenders must be in good standing in all Minnesota Housing programs to be eligible for recognition.
