Minnesota Housing's HOME Homeowner Entry Loan Program (HOME HELP) provides the opportunity for eligible homebuyers who qualify for a Minnesota Housing Community Activity Set-Aside (CASA) first mortgage to receive an interest-free, deferred loan with partial forgiveness to help with downpayment and closing costs towards the purchase of a home.
Single family housing inspection services must be conducted on properties eligible for the program. Inspection services may be provided by an individual, a public agency, a non-profit organization, or a for-profit entity.
