Single Family Homes Technical Assistance
The Minnesota Housing Single Family Homes division provides technical assistance and information sessions to housing industry partners and professionals. Note that low registration will result in a session being canceled. To register for a class, click on the date for the training you wish to attend.
First-time homebuyers looking for Home Stretch homeownership education classes should visit the Minnesota Home Ownership Center (HOC) website at www.hocmn.org.

| Energy Saver Rebate - Fix-up Fund (FUF) | WEBINAR | Thursday, December 3, 2009 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. | Session covers the process of originating and closing Fix-up Fund loans that will qualify for the new Energy Saver Rebate. Topics will include: rebate eligibility and eligible improvements, application materials, and role of the Fix-up Fund lender. A minimum of one person from each lender must attend Energy Saver Rebate training, and sign a lender agreement in order to participate. |

The session will cover features and benefits of using Minnesota Housing programs (MMP, CASA, HAF) including the basics of originating, closing, and funding our loans within a MBS structure. |

| HDS Single Family Web Application Web Administrator Technical Assistance Session | St. Paul | Friday, December 11, 2009 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. | Sessions may cover advanced information for working with the Minnesota Housing online loan system, including commitments, purchase approvals, funding, and reports. These sessions are open only to Minnesota Housing designated partner web administrators. |
| HDS Single Family Web Application General Technical Assistance Session | St. Paul | Friday, December 11, 2009 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. | Sessions may cover the basics for working with the Minnesota Housing online loan system, including commitments, purchase approvals, funding, and reports. These sessions are open to all Minnesota Housing lending partners. Lending partners are not limited on the number of people they may send to each session. |
