Single Family Homes Technical Assistance

The Minnesota Housing Single Family Homes division provides technical assistance and information sessions to housing industry partners and professionals.  Note that low registration will result in a session being canceled.  To register for a class, click on the date for the training you wish to attend.

First-time homebuyers looking for Home Stretch homeownership education classes should visit the Minnesota Home Ownership Center (HOC) website at www.hocmn.org.

Session covers the process of originating and closing Fix-up Fund loans that will qualify for the new Energy Saver Rebate. Topics will include: rebate eligibility and eligible improvements, application materials, and role of the Fix-up Fund lender. A minimum of one person from each lender must attend Energy Saver Rebate training, and sign a lender agreement in order to participate.
