Single Family Homes Technical Assistance
The Minnesota Housing Single Family Homes division provides technical assistance and information sessions to housing industry partners and professionals. Note that low registration will result in a session being canceled. To register for a class, click on the date for the training you wish to attend.
First-time homebuyers looking for Home Stretch homeownership education classes should visit the Minnesota Home Ownership Center (HOC) website at www.hocmn.org.

The sessions will cover features and benefits of using Minnesota Housing First-Time Homebuyer programs (MMP, CASA, HAF) including the basics of originating, closing, and funding our loans within a MBS structure. |
