Interim financing is available from a variety of resources to assist with financing predevelopment expenses and/or cover organizational costs.

Corporation for Supportive Housing - CSH Minnesota is looked to as a vital resource for the growing supportive housing industry, offering services in three core areas: Project Specific Assistance, Capacity and Industry Building Initiatives, Systems Change and Public Policy Work

Minnesota Housing Partnership - MHP assists community housing organizations in becoming active in creating and maintaining affordable housing across the state of Minnesota. The Minnesota Housing Partnership provides support to housing organizations through loans and grants, technical assistance, building organizational capacity and public policy initiatives.

Local Initiatives Support Corporation - LISC helps resident-led, community-based development organizations transform distressed communities and neighborhoods into healthy ones – good places to live, do business, work and raise families.

Green Communities - Green Communities™ offers grants to help cover the costs of planning and implementing green components of affordable housing developments, as well as tracking their costs and benefits.

Metro-wide Engagement on Shelter and Housing - MESH brings providers, advocates and county staff together to address issues surrounding affordable housing, homelessness and services needs on regional basis.

Minnesota Department of Human Services - DHS has strong partnerships with counties, tribes, health care providers, other state agencies, consumer groups, advocacy organizations, community-based services and other partners in human services to address Minnesotans' needs.

Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation - The Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation was formed in 1970 by the Minneapolis business community. GMHC's mission is to preserve, improve and increase affordable housing for low and moderate income individuals and families, as well as assist communities with housing revitalization.
