Community Profiles
Minnesota Housing Community Profiles are updated for the spring 2012 consolidated RFP.  As with last year’s tools, the Community Profiles contain 26 indicators that profile Minnesota’s housing market, economy and workforce, and household demographics to profile housing needs in broad categories including areas with opportunities for community stabilization and workforce housing.  The interactive tool now boasts more robust features, including new and improved reports, the ability to create custom target areas, and overlays of all RFP priorities.  The webinar presentation will go into much greater detail on how to use the Profiles for accessing the information needed for applications.

Minnesota Housing Sustainability Training - 2011 Enterprise Green Communities Criteria
Minnesota Housing has fully adopted the 2011 version of Enterprise Green Communities and has prepared a Minnesota Overlay & Guide to address specific characteristics related to Minnesota Housing's funded projects. The webinar presentation will discuss the changes from previous versions and will provide guidance on how to implement the new requirements into the RFP process.
