Building Systems to Prevent and End Youth Homelessness

Thank you for your interest in the Building Systems to Prevent and End Youth Homelessness RFP which closed on Friday, May 4, 2018.

The RFP did not produce applications that advanced to the feasibility and capacity review phase; as such, the RFP is no longer active.

Minnesota Housing, however, is still interested and committed to investing resources in rural parts of the state to help prevent and end youth experiencing homelessness.

To that end, Minnesota Housing will participate in a post RFP meeting to provide feedback and listen to the experience of the applicant and community partners who submitted the proposal in response to the RFP.

Minnesota Housing will be meeting with interested community partners to gather feedback and discuss the intentions and expectations of the grant. These discussions will help inform our next steps which may include reissuing the RFP.  If you would like to meet with Minnesota Housing and/or participate in a community discussion, please contact Joel Salzer at
