Register for In-person lender training

Get ready for the spring home buying season by refreshing your Minnesota Housing homeownership knowledge! We’ll cover it all in our interactive sessions: program basics, updates, and advanced topics for our seasoned lenders. We encourage anyone working with Minnesota Housing home mortgage programs to attend the session most convenient for you.

New this spring, we’re offering two metro options with concurrent sessions tailored to your role. We’ll cover the same content at both metro training events, so choose the date that best fits your schedule.
  • Tuesday, April 9: Lake Elmo, or
  • Wednesday, April 17: New Brighton
Two classes offered at the same time, followed by a working lunch:
  • 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. Originating Minnesota Housing loans, or
  • 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. Closing and Post-Closing with Minnesota Housing and U.S. Bank—HFA Division
  • 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Working lunch for all will be provided, thanks to our partners at Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. We’ll cover our exclusive conventional products.

  • Tuesday, May 7: Moorhead, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., or
