Enhanced Financial Capacity Homeownership Initiative (Homeownership Capacity)
Homeownership Capacity provides financial support to eligible nonprofit and government organizations that provide intensive financial empowerment and homeownership training to households of color and low-income renters who have the goal of homeownership.

Homeownership Capacity 2019-2021 Fund
The Homeownership Capacity Application for Funding for the 2019-2021 program year is closed. A new Application for Funding will be available for a full two-year funding period in Spring 2021.

Homeownership Education, Counseling and Training Fund (HECAT)
HECAT provides financial support to eligible nonprofit organizations and governmental entities to deliver a variety of homeownership education, counseling and training services to Minnesotans.
HECAT 2019 – 2021 Fund
The HECAT Application for Funding closed on May 21, 2019 for the two-year funding period of October 1, 2019 – September 30, 2021. A new Application for Funding will be available for a full two-year funding period in Spring 2021.
