Applicants to the 2021 Consolidated Request for Proposals/2022 Housing Tax Credits Rounds 1 and 2 must submit materials through the Multifamily Customer Portal, with the exception of the Qualification of Sponsor and/or Guarantor and Schedules A-E which must be submitted to mhfa.app@state.mn.us via the Multifamily Secure Upload Tool. All other qualification forms will be submitted through the Multifamily Customer Portal to their respective checklist item.
