Reporting Property Damage
Minnesota Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) has launched an Individual Assistance Survey Form 2026 to report all property damage. The survey is open now. It will close at midnight on 7/27/2026.
Becker County Tornado Damage
- Check the Becker County Emergency Preparedness website for information under Home Re-entry (Disaster Recovery)

Mower County Storms and Flood Damage
- Mower County residents should complete an Initial Damage Assessment form to report property damage
