Multifamily Customer Portal
The Multifamily Customer Portal (Portal)* facilitates the application and post-selection process for developers seeking funding from Minnesota Housing for affordable rental housing. It is also used by HUD Section 8 and Section 811 Project-based Rental Assistance owners and management agents to submit Special Claims packets.
The Portal is a web-based application built on the Salesforce Platform. The recommended browser is Google Chrome. Download Google Chrome for free.

The Property Online Reporting Tool (PORT) was developed by Minnesota Housing for compliance reporting and monitoring of Housing Tax Credits, HOME, National Housing Trust Fund and deferred loan programs.

PORT XML Uploader – Information for Software Providers:
The PORT XML Uploader XSD and schema requirements are linked below. PORT users: refer to Chapter 11 of the PORT User Guide for more information.
For owners required to submit all documents associated with annual bond compliance (these requirements are separate from a developments tax credit submissions) such as the Exhibit B, IRS FORM 8703 or Form 474.A.047 Annual Certification of Compliance (if applicable).

Compliance Team (Multifamily)
For owners and managers to submit documents containing private data, including scanned tenant files. Include the D number, property name and the name of the assigned Compliance Officer in the subject line.
Compliance Team (Single Family)
For Single Family Administrators to submit documents containing private data for monitoring engagements.
Financials Qualification Form
PBCA MOR Team:
For owners and managers to submit Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) and EIV documents. Include the property name and name of the assigned housing management officer (HMO) in the subject line.
Rental Assistance Team
For rental assistance grant administrators to submit a draw request form for reimbursement for the Housing Trust Fund (HTC), Bridges and Bridges RTC programs.
Rental Rehabilitation Deferred Loan (RRDL) Team
For RRDL administrators use only to submit final close-out documents.
